Hannah’s work is inspired by her time spent beach combing in North Devon. She loves the textures and shapes found inside rockpools, and the barnacles encrusting the rocks. “As a child I was always drawn to the barnacles covering the rocks, I would touch them and be intrigued by the unusual textures.” Currently working in sterling silver, Hannah creates tactile jewellery that is made to be touched and played with when worn.
Hannah studied at University for the Creative Arts, Farnham. She graduated after studying BA (hons) Glass, Ceramics, Jewellery & Metalwork for three years, with a BA (hons) in Jewellery. Hannah then stayed on at Farnham for a further year, as Artist in Residence.
